West Midlands Police have charged a 18-year-old man with murder after a fatal stabbing in Smethwick
The teenage victim is named as Derlarno Samuels Derlarno, who was aged 17, was found with stab injuries in a car that crashed in Heath Street, Smethwick, at around 4.10pm on Saturday (1 May).
