Tragic Crash on Cheshire Road

An 86-year-old grandad lost his life in a shocking collision with a Lamborghini right outside a primary school in Cheshire. David Ward was driving his red Vauxhall Viva on Crewe Road, sandbach/">Sandbach, when the fatal crash happened at around 10am on Tuesday. Emergency crews pronounced him dead at the scene.

Medical Episode Caused The Crash

Cheshire Police confirmed Mr Ward suffered a fatal medical episode at the time of the accident. Investigations revealed his death was due to natural causes, not the collision itself.
