Manhunt launched after school child is dragged off scooter in Dagenham
Police are appealing for information and witnesses to come forward after a nine year old boy was grabbed from his scooter and assaulted on Friday morning near the Roundhouse and the Shops in Dagenham. THe matter as been recorded as an assault on a minor.The incident took place around 7.55am and 8.10am. The man who was in his 20’s has been described as 5ft 11 white he was wearing black nike tracksuit and hat. The child was grabbed from behind around his waist and thrown him off his scooter onto the floor Officers are also appealing drivers of any vehicles that may have captured the assault on dash cam to come forward.
