Witnesses and dashcam footage are sought following a fatal collision in swanley/" title="swanley" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Swanley. At around 9am on Tuesday 16 January 2024, a white Ford Transit 100 was travelling along Bartholomew Way towards the roundabout at the junction with Swanley Lane, when it was involved in a collision with a pedestrian.
Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene where the pedestrian, a woman in her 50s, was confirmed deceased. A man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and driving whilst under the influence of drugs. He has since been bailed pending further investigation.
