A 27-year-old man without a permanent residence, named Frazier Furlong, has been convicted and sentenced to two years in prison. His crimes, committed over a two-week period in Worthing, include three assaults on emergency workers, two burglaries, two instances of hindering a Sussex Police at Cannabis Farm" target="_blank" rel="noopener">police officer’s duty, theft, fraud, attempted burglary, cocaine possession, and five acts of criminal damage, all taking place between October 28 and November 8.
Furlong’s crime spree began on October 28, when he tried to break into a house on Poulters Lane in Worthing. Failing there, he moved to Offington Drive, where he damaged a TV and a car. His arrest at Worthing Custody Centre led to an assault on an officer.
