Kent Special Constable charged with controlling and coercive behaviour

Kent Police officers have charged a man with controlling and coercive behaviour. Richard Fagg, 34-years-old, previously from the Tonbridge area was charged with the offence on Wednesday, 8 August 2018. Mr Fagg, who is a Special Constable, will appear before Maidstone Magistrates Court on 5 September 2018. He was initially arrested and suspended from duty on 23 March 2018. The officer will be subject of a conduct review by Kent Police’s Professional Standards Department following the conclusion of court proceeding
