Kent Cop Charged with Controlling and Coercive Behaviour

Shock as Richard Fagg, 34, a Special Constable from Tonbridge, faces serious charges. Kent Police charged him on Wednesday, 8 August 2018, with controlling and coercive behaviour.

Arrest and Suspension

Fagg was first arrested on 23 March 2018 and immediately suspended from his duties. Now, he’s due in court at Maidstone Magistrates on 5 September 2018.
