Following an extensive investigation by Thames Valley Police, a 24-year-old man has been sentenced to jail for possession with intent to supply cocaine in Milton Keynes.

Alfie Levy, residing at Langland Road in Milton Keynes, was handed a prison sentence of four years and eight months at Aylesbury Crown Court on Wednesday.

Along with the jail term, a forfeiture and destruction order was issued for drugs and phones linked to the case.

Levy pleaded guilty to charges of possession with intent to supply a Class A drug, specifically cocaine, as well as possession of criminal property.

The arrest occurred on January 12 this year when Levy was detained while travelling in a taxi in Felbridge, Kents Hill, based on intelligence indicating his involvement in drug-related activities.

During the arrest, Levy was found to be carrying cocaine, cash, and a mobile phone believed to be used for drug dealing. He was promptly arrested at the scene.

Subsequent searches at an address linked to Levy revealed additional quantities of cocaine, a drug preparation kit, and further cash. The total street value of the cocaine seized amounted to approximately £131,000.

PC Lewis Jones of the Stronghold team in Milton Keynes, the investigating officer, emphasized the seriousness with which Thames Valley Police approach drug-related crimes in the region.

Jones stated, “Drug supply in Milton Keynes is taken seriously by Thames Valley Police. We will do all that we can to pursue, arrest, and convict drug dealers, who target vulnerable members of our community.

He further highlighted the importance of public cooperation in providing information related to drug supply, emphasizing its crucial role in developing intelligence for proactive investigations.

Thames Valley Police reiterated their commitment to tackling drug-related crimes and urged the public to continue providing information to assist in their efforts.

As the case concludes, the message is clear: drug dealers operating in Milton Keynes will face the full force of the law.
