Man Smashed with Glass Bottle in Soho Attack as Hunt for Suspect Underway

A man in his 20s was left injured following a violent assault with a glass bottle on Rupert Street in Soho late on Saturday night (10 May 2025).

Officers from the Metropolitan Police were called to the scene at 10:35pm after receiving reports of the attack in one of London’s busiest nightlife hotspots.

 Victim Rushed to Hospital

Emergency services, including the London Ambulance Service, responded swiftly. The victim was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital. His injuries have been assessed as non-life-changing, but the incident has sparked concern in the local area.
