Following the tragic death of 38-year-old Daniel Allsop, who collapsed in the entrance to McDonald’s on Bank Hey Street, Blackpool, a murder investigation has been launched. Mr. Allsop passed away on Wednesday after collapsing on Monday, October 2.

A Home Office post-mortem examination revealed that the cause of Daniel’s death was blunt force trauma. The Lancashire Police have now arrested a 29-year-old man of no fixed address on suspicion of murder. He remains in custody as the investigation progresses.
