During the morning of Wednesday 11 October 2023, neighbourhood beat officers were on patrol in Cecil Square when they had reason to challenge a person for their behaviour.
Following an investigation, Stephanie Parker, 34, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with assaulting an officer, being drunk and disorderly and a public order offence. She has also been charged with four counts of breaching the conditions of her community protection notice in the town centre.
