Appeal Following Indecent Exposure Incident in Gravesend

Kent Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was arrested following an incident of indecent exposure in Perry Street, Gravesend.

The incident is reported to have taken place at around 4pm on Tuesday, 5 August 2025, when it is alleged that the man committed an indecent act in public view.

Suspect Arrested at the Scene

Officers quickly responded to the scene, where a 37-year-old man from London was detained and taken into custody. He has since been conditionally bailed pending further enquiries.


Public Urged to Report Suspicious Behaviour

Indecent exposure is a serious criminal offence under UK law and can carry custodial sentences. Police have reassured residents that patrols in the area are ongoing and that all reports will be thoroughly investigated.
