East Malling Monster Injected Victim with Amphetamines
Lee Balchin, a 55-year-old from East Malling, has been locked up for 15 years after subjecting a child to a brutal campaign of sexual abuse. Between 2000 and 2004, Balchin repeatedly raped and assaulted the young victim, even injecting her with dangerous drugs.
He forced the child to consume cannabis, suspected ecstasy tablets, and alcohol. At times, she was so drugged she was almost unconscious during the attacks.
Isolated ‘Hideouts’ Used to Carry Out Sickening Attacks
Balchin groomed and abused the child in a string of locations, including remote hideouts where he knew he wouldn’t be disturbed. His twisted control even included threats to kill the victim if she told anyone.
