James Talbot of High Street, Orpington, Bromley, has been the subject of recent legal proceedings related to stalking charges. At a court hearing at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on January 26, 2024.
Mr Talbot was accused of committing offences as specified under section 4A(1)(a)(b)(ii) and (5) of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. The charges stemmed from a course of conduct alleged to have taken place between November 14, 2022, and February 22, 2023, in London, Borough of Newham. This course of conduct reportedly involved Mr Talbot going to the victim’s home and engaging in online stalking activities. The victim allegedly suffered serious alarm or distress as a result of Mr Talbot’s actions, which substantially affected her daily life activities.
