Detectives investigating a fatal collision between a cyclist and a pedestrian in Tower Hamlets have charged a man.

Ermir Loka, 22 of Waltham Forest has been charged with manslaughter and causing bodily harm by wanton / furious driving. He will appear before Thames Magistrates’ on Wednesday, 29 July.

This follows a collision between a cyclist and a pedestrian in Bow Road, E3, on Friday, 3 July. 72-year-old Peter McCombie died in hospital on 11 July.
