A former Sussex Police officer is set to appear in court this week on charges of fraud and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. Seren Sriganesh, 23, will face allegations at Guildford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, accused of failing to disclose six or more penalty points on his driving licence and neglecting to report these points to his motor insurers, according to a statement by the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC).
