Finsbury Park attacker Darren Osborne charged with terrorism-related murder Darren Osborne has been charged with terrorism-related murder and attempted murder after a van drove into people near Finsbury Park mosque, the Crown Prosecution Service has said. London police say the 51-year-old man found dead after the mosque attack last week died of “multiple injuries.”

The Metropolitan Police statement confirms that Makram Ali died as a result of the actions of the 47-year-old – not a suspected heart attack – who plowed a large van into a crowd of worshippers spilling out of two London mosques following Ramadan prayers.
