Firefighters from Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service are currently tackling a large fire at a commercial property on the Shadsworth Industrial Estate, Sett End Road, Blackburn.
As of 11:00 am, the incident has been scaled down to four fire engines and an aerial ladder platform. Firefighters have managed to reduce the smoke plume significantly. However, as contractors on-site continue to excavate the plastic, the smoke may fluctuate in both volume and color.
