Four individuals have suffered minor injuries following an acid attack outside a pub in Mill Hill on Sunday evening, July 14. The incident occurred on Hale Lane, near Edgware.
Emergency services responded to the scene promptly. Alongside the four victims of the acid attack, a man was also reported to have sustained a stab injury during the incident.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police Said: “Police were called at around 20:40 hrs on Sunday, 14 July to Hale Lane, NW7, to reports of an acid attack at a venue at the location. Officers attended and discovered four people with minor injuries sustained after having a liquid thrown at them. A further victim, a male, received a stab wound. None of the victims were seriously injured.”
The police recovered several bottles from the scene, which were later confirmed to contain a weak acid.
An investigation into the incident has been launched, and inquiries are ongoing. As of now, no arrests have been made.
Emergency services remained at the scene to provide assistance and gather evidence. The incident has raised concerns about public safety in the area.
