Suspect Arrested and Charged

Sussex Police launched an investigation after receiving a report that a man had indecently exposed himself on the section of Bognor beach opposite the fish and chip shop on Lennox Street at approximately 3.50pm.

Officers swiftly arrested a suspect later that same day. Olegas Podolianko, 53, of Longford Road, Bognor, was subsequently charged with one count of indecent exposure and one count of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.
