Pervert Busted on Bognor Beach! A 53-year-old man has been slapped with indecent exposure and sexual activity charges after shocking beachgoers at Bognor Regis last month.
Suspect Nabbed Fast by Sussex Police
The incident went down just before 4pm on Sunday, April 27, opposite the popular fish and chip shop on Lennox Street. Locals reported a man indecently exposing himself on the beach.
Sussex Police swung into action and arrested Olegas Podolianko from Longford Road, Bognor, on the same day. He now faces two serious charges: indecent exposure and engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.
Podolianko made a brief court appearance at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on April 29 and was released on bail. His next stop is Portsmouth Crown Court on May 27, 2025.
Police Urge Witnesses to Step Forward
Detective Sergeant Dave Bulger said: “We are continuing to appeal for witnesses to the incident, which happened on the section of Bognor beach opposite the fish and chip shop in Lennox Street at around 3.50pm on Sunday (27 April).”
