Wail Hamid is alleged to have damaged windows of eights shops and a pub during the early hours of Tuesday 8 September 2020.
The offences are reported to have taken place in New Road, Milton Road, Kempthorne Street and King Street.
The 19-year-old, of Perry Street, Northfleet, was remanded in custody to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 9 September.
At the hearing, he was further remanded in custody and will next appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Wednesday 7 October.
