Man charged with Bow stabbings

Detectives from Tower Hamlets have charged a man with two stabbings in Bow. Ivor Collingwood-Williams, 36 of Garrison road, E3, has today, Monday, 27 August, been charged with two counts of grievous bodily harm [GBH] with intent and two counts of possession of an offensive weapon. He will appear in custody at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 28 August. A 51-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of GBH on Sunday, 26 August and released under investigation will have no further action taken against him.
