A 29-year-old man has been charged with distributing terrorist materials and expressing support for ISIS after an investigation by the Metropolitan Police’s Counter Terrorism Command.

Abdullah Bellil, from Southampton" target="_blank" rel="noopener" title="Southampton" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="134418">Southampton, was arrested at his home on Wednesday, December 18, and subsequently taken into custody.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police reiterated the importance of public vigilance in reporting any suspected terrorist activity and assured that the Counter Terrorism Command remains steadfast in its efforts to combat extremism.
