North Wales Police Officer Found Not Guilty of GBH Following IOPC Investigation

A North Wales Police officer has been cleared of grievous bodily harm (GBH) following a six-day trial at Mold Crown Court. The verdict was delivered today (Tuesday, April 29), with 25-year-old PC Ellis Thomas found not guilty of causing GBH to a 17-year-old boy during an arrest outside Cube nightclub in Bangor in January 2023.
