Lead counsel Robert Woodcock KC, representing defendant Jalees Selby-Gangera, passed away, necessitating a pause in proceedings. Subsequently, Sally O’Neill KC took over as lead counsel for Selby-Gangera, and the trial was set to reconvene, but was further delayed by a court evacuation prompted by a fire alarm.
