Probe launched after Man shot in Lambeth

A man in his 20s has been shot in the leg last night in south-east London. Scotland Yard say police were made aware of a man suffering from a gunshot wound on Royal Street, Waterloo, SE1 at 10.30pm. The Met say enquires continue to establish the exact location as to where the man sustained his injury. The victims condition is non life threatening. Armed police could been seen searching the immediate area. A car was also recovered from the scene.
