A man has been charged following a serious assault outside a Sainsbury’s store in Tunbridge Wells, which left a victim with significant head injuries.
Kent Police confirmed they were called to the scene at around 7.22pm on Sunday, 27 April 2025, after reports of a violent dispute over a parking space in the Sainsbury’s car park on St John’s Road.
A spokesperson for Kent Police said:
“This was a serious assault which left the victim with significant injuries. We urge anyone who witnessed the incident or has further information to contact us.”

Kent Police continues to appeal for witnesses or anyone who may have dashcam or mobile footage of the incident to come forward and assist with the investigation.
