Hell?s Angels Bikers Busted After Shocking West Sussex Violence ? UKNIP

Ten Hell’s Angels members have been hit with serious charges following a brutal brawl in Findon, West Sussex. The violent chaos erupted on Findon Road last October when they clashed with a rival biker gang.

Chaos on Findon Road

The trouble broke out on 8 October 2022, sparking a major police investigation. The raucous mob fight involved violent disorder, burglary, theft, and attempts to grievously harm others.

Detective Inspector Andy Ricks said:

“Officers responded to serious incidents involving reports of violent disorder. Following an investigation by CID colleagues, ten men have been charged and have appeared in court in connection with the incidents. Serious violence and disorder has no place in our communities.”

Hell’s Angels Charged

The suspects, all Hell’s Angels members, faced Crawley Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 9 October. They were slapped with multiple counts from violent disorder to possession of cocaine and weapons.

  • Gerald Abraham, 61 (Wolverley) – burglary, theft, violent disorder
  • Richard Bell, 54 (Stretton) – violent disorder
  • Mark Cleavely, 60 (Dudley) – burglary, theft, violent disorder, two counts attempted grievous bodily harm
  • Shane Cox, 39 (Quarry Bank) – burglary, theft, violent disorder
  • Dean Darby, 41 (Oldbury) – burglary, theft, violent disorder, attempted grievous bodily harm
  • Andrew Evans, 40 (Wolverhampton) – violent disorder
  • Justin Hollingworth, 37 (Cleethorpes) – attempted grievous bodily harm, violent disorder
  • Matthew Lemm, 45 (Burntwood) – burglary, theft, violent disorder, attempted grievous bodily harm
  • Darren Lloyd, 58 (Didley) – burglary, theft, violent disorder, possession of a bladed article, possession of cocaine
  • Conor Passey, 33 (Wolverley) – burglary, theft, violent disorder, attempted grievous bodily harm

Next Stop: Crown Court

All ten have been released on bail, but they must return to face Crown Court on 6 November. The fallout from this biker street war is far from over.
