Defendants and Charges
- Malcolm Phillips, 91, of Tyseley, Birmingham, faces 32 charges involving seven victims, both male and female, from 1976 to 1994.
- The charges include rape, indecent assault, gross indecency, and aiding and abetting unknown males to commit indecent assault.
- He also faces additional charges of aiding and abetting a man to commit sexual offences.
- Linda Brunning, 65, of Sowerby Bridge, is charged with 15 offences involving three victims, male and female, between 1980 and 1994.
- These include indecent assault and aiding and abetting in the commission of sexual offences.
Both individuals are scheduled to appear at Bradford Magistrates’ Court on January 21.
