Police in Hastings are appealing for witnesses following a report of indecent exposure by two men. The incident occurred at Pelham Place car park on Monday evening around 8 pm.
Two individuals, aged 50 and 26, were arrested for drunk and disorderly behavior. Both men, who have no fixed address, have been released on bail pending further investigations.
