Hastings Horror: Two Men Expose Themselves in Pelham Place Car Park
Police in Hastings are hunting witnesses after two men were caught exposing themselves in Pelham Place car park on Monday night at around 8 pm.
Drunk and Disorderly Duo Nabbed
The pair, aged 50 and 26, were arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct. Both have no fixed address and have since been released on bail as investigations continue.
