Two Sussex Police officers have been charged with assaulting a man in Bognor.
It follows an investigation into the incident which happened while they were on duty on May 29.
Daniel Lott, 32, and Daniel Groves, 28, have been summonsed to appear before Brighton Magistrates’ Court for the offence.
They will appear before the court on Thursday, November 24, to answer the charge.
