Mark Walker, aged 25, of St Vincents Close, Whitstable, was sentenced on 1 February 2022 at Margate Magistrates’ Court. He pleaded guilty to driving without a license or insurance and driving with a fraudulent registration plate, in Whitstable, on 30 December 2021. He was disqualified from driving for a total of 3 years and fined £120. He was also ordered to pay a surcharge of £34.
