Whitstable Man Banned for Three Years Over Dodgy Driving

Mark Walker, 25, from St Vincents Close, Whitstable, was nailed by the law for driving without a license or insurance. The court also found him guilty of using a fake registration plate.

Guilty Plea Ends in Fine and Ban

Walker admitted the offences, which happened on 30 December 2021. On 1 February 2022, Margate Magistrates’ Court handed down a three-year driving ban and slapped him with a £120 fine.

Costs Add Up

On top of the fine, Walker must cough up a £34 surcharge, sealing his costly mistake behind the wheel.
