Detectives are continuing to appeal for dashcam footage, after a woman was assaulted by a man who entered a residential property in Parkfield near Wilderness Golf Club. The burglary happened at around 3.55 pm on Friday 21 June 2024. The suspect left after stealing several items, including jewellery.
Police have identified a number of roads he may have used and are urging motorists to check for any dashcam footage between 3pm and 6.30pm. These specifically include routes leading to surrounding areas including Underriver, Riverhill, Bitchet Green and Hildenborough.
‘We have since had patrols in this area stopping and speaking to drivers to hopefully jog their memories and are urging anyone else who travels in this location to please also check your dashcams. You may have evidence which is vital to this investigation.
