Man arrested in Isle of Wight Murder probe
As previously reported Police have now confirmed that a man has been arrested following the launch of a murder investigation on the Isle of Wight. Police were called to Green Lane Northwood on the Isle of Wight at just before 4am where the body of a 56-year-old woman was found inside a property early this morning.

Her body was removed from the property near Cowes at round 15:30 this afternoon. Police have further confirmed that a man in his sixty named locally as Mr Mitchell beloved to the woman’s partner has been arrested. It is understood that Police were called to the address at just before 4am on Thursday morning following a domestic dispute.
