Meet two Portsmouth scum bags
Currently in town the 3 very brazen thieves stole someone’s bike. A concerned witnessed reported the theft of the bike to security in Debenhams – they already been in and stole in there as well! They are already well known by security The thieves are on the bikes (the white one is the stolen one. After they sat on the benches theybtham walked off with them. These blokes don’t care – they did victory lap laughing and then went on to steal from an other shop. Police are aware if you want to name them we can pass the names on or call police on 101.
