Officers are currently investigating reports of a rape that happened in Houndwell Park.
It was reported that a 17-year-old girl was assaulted shortly after 10am yesterday morning (12 November).
Police have said the investigation is still in its early stages but want to reassure you that officers are conducting extensive enquiries to find out exactly what happened.
Officers will be carrying out increased patrols in the area tonight. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to speak to one of them.
