A 29-year-old woman was arrested in Birmingham today on suspicion of terrorism offences, West Midlands Police have confirmed.
Early Morning Raid in Aston
Police launched a carefully planned raid at an Aston address this morning. Officers swooped on the property, detaining the woman and taking her in for questioning at a nearby station.

The arrest relates to suspected encouragement of terrorism and distributing extremist material — serious charges under the UK’s counter-terror laws.
