Details of the Case

The court heard that Rose is accused of murdering Mr. Birchard and Mr. George and falsely reporting his black Ford Ranger as stolen between July 21 and 22 in an attempt to cover up his involvement. Prosecutors allege that this false report had the potential to “pervert the course of justice.”
