Joe Junior Paul Cordon, 27, from Stoke-on-Trent, has been charged with Section 18 – wounding with intent, two counts of assaulting a person thereby occasioning actual bodily harm and two counts of criminal damage.
He was also charged with driving a motor vehicle otherwise in accordance with a licence and using a motor vehicle on a road without third-party insurance.
He is due to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre
