Air Medic Drop in for a cuppa to Say thanks for 20K Donation

Today a paramedic from Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance dropped in to St Mary’s Hospital to thank volunteer staff, from the League of Friends, for their recent donation of over £20,000. The donation came from profits from the hospital’s shop and two coffee bars. Volunteer staff from St Mary’s League of Friends have served over 30,000 cups of tea to raise the money needed to buy all the life-saving medical equipment needed for the Air Ambulance’s new Critical Care Vehicle.
