CCTV Appeal After Man Assaulted at Maidstone Nightclub

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to following an assault at a Maidstone nightclub that left a victim with facial injuries.

The incident happened at Ovation Nightclub on Gabriel’s Hill in the early hours of Sunday, July 6, 2025. Kent Police were called shortly before 3am to reports of a disturbance involving two men inside the venue.

It is alleged that a man, who was not known to the victim, launched an unprovoked assault, leaving the victim with injuries to his face and teeth. The victim was treated at a local hospital and has since been discharged.

Police Issue CCTV Image

Officers attended the scene and have been conducting extensive enquiries, including reviewing CCTV footage from the club and speaking to witnesses. Investigators have now released a CCTV image of a man they believe may have information that could assist their investigation.

A Kent Police spokesperson said:

“We are keen to identify and speak to the man in this image, as we believe he may have important information regarding the circumstances of this assault.

“If you recognise him, or if you have any other information that could assist, please get in touch with us.”
