In a remarkable act of bravery and quick thinking, Adrian Davies and his ten-year-old son, Kobias, were honoured with a Commendation from the Chief earlier this month for their heroic actions when a paddleboarder got into difficulty in Worthing.

The story of their incredible rescue unfolded when young Kobias sensed something amiss in the waters and promptly alerted his father and other beachgoers. Without hesitation, Adrian sprang into action, along with two other members of the public, while emergency services were called to the scene.
