Fire crews were called to a Care home in Cowes this afternoon, after reports of a person trapped Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service went to Trent house retirement home in Newport Road and crews got to work with a specialist lift keys and small tools to open the lift to free the care staff who become trapped in the private lift. They finished on scene at 3.30pm.
