Police have released an image of an individual they are looking to identify and speak to in connection with a double shooting that occurred in Tottenham.
On the night of November 3, at approximately 11:45 pm, an altercation unfolded involving three men in an alleyway off High Road in Tottenham. Following the dispute, one of the men departed but later returned to the scene armed with a firearm, which was discharged.
As a result of the shooting, a 20-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy sustained gunshot wounds to their legs. Fortunately, their injuries were not life-threatening.
The Metropolitan Police have now appealed to the public, sharing a photograph of the individual they wish to speak with in connection to this incident. Ongoing investigations are aimed at identifying and locating this person.
Detective Constable Adam Pursey urged the community’s assistance, stating, “We are keen to hear from anyone who can name the man in the picture whom we would like to speak to about a shooting in Tottenham High Road in November last year. If you see him please don’t approach him, but dial 999. If you can name him, or know where he is, please call 101 quoting 8608/3NOV.
