Police in Bury St Edmunds have launched an urgent public appeal following a disturbing incident on Mount Road near Tassel Road on Sunday 11 May 2025.
At approximately 9:45pm, a member of the public reported seeing a struggle between a man and a woman, during which the woman appeared distressed.
On X (formerly Twitter), users have shared the police appeal, with one resident posting:
“Hope she’s okay – someone must have seen something. Please check your dashcams.”
