Officers attended and found a male suffering stab wounds on Stepney High Street in East London

Police were called at approximately 7.45pm on Tuesday, 9 March to reports of a group fighting near to the church on Stepney High Street, E1.

Officers attended and found a male suffering stab wounds. London Ambulance Service also attended and the male was taken to hospital and we await an update on his condition.

Enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances. No arrests have been made.
