At around 6.55pm on Saturday 9 September 2023, it was reported that an unknown man had approached a girl near Sunny Sands beach.
A member of the girl’s family intervened, before the man left the area.
Enquiries to establish the full circumstances of the incident are ongoing and officers have released an image of a man who they would like to identify.
